Well, I had good intentions on keeping up on a blog, but I started getting sick on Thursday and everything has just gone out the window! By Friday, I lost my voice and was sick as a dog. Zachary, my Mom and my Grandma all caught it too, but thankfully not as bad as I did.
I finally went to the doctor this past Tuesday and was basically told I caught Zachary's croup. I have it so bad because I'm pregnant and my immune system isn't as strong as normal. And no meds!!!! Doctor said I would start feeling better on day 10. Tomorrow is day 9 and I still can't talk.
This has been so challenging trying to take care of everyone and feeling like I do. I knew things could get hard, but this has taken me to a new level.
So hopefully I will be back on my feet soon and I can post more. Didn't think anyone wanted to see me with the croup, way too scary!!!!
I know what you are going throught being sick and taking care of others. I wish you a fast and full recovery.
ReplyDeleteOh Kathy, I'm so, so sorry!! :( Is there ANYTHING I can do to help? Jen had said that you didn't have a voice, but I didn't know that you had croup! I'm hoping and praying for a speedy recovery for you!
