Zachary's Birthday Party

Today marked the first day of Birthday Celebrations for Zachary. Tomorrow is the official day he turns three, but today we had some friends over to celebrate. He found it very difficult waiting for everyone to arrive. But soon they did and he was oh, so very excited! Zachary does love a party and today was no exception.

Zachary started his morning by finding the house all decorated for his party. He stood in the family room and said "OHHHHH, What happened here?..... Was it Santa?..... No, must have been my friends!..... No, must have been Mommy." It amazes me how grown up he can be sometimes. Then he just wanted each and every balloon.

Here he is waiting just before everyone arrived. He could hardly stand himself. He really wanted to pass the time eating the cupcakes, but to his disappointment, Mommy wouldn't let him.

I just couldn't resist including this next picture. Sophie is just so cute eating this cupcake.

The opening of presents was done at the speed of light and I think I got one blurred pictures of paper flying. But here he is with his friends playing with his presents.
