36 Weeks Today

Today I officially nine months pregnant! I had a doctor's appointment yesterday (my one of three per week now) and all is going great. I have to go in twice a week for a non-stress test which monitors Kaitlyn's movements, heart rate and and then an ultrasound to make sure there is enough water for her to swim around in. So far she has performed on queue and doesn't keep me there too long. I've done two ultrasounds so far and each time she is sucking her thumb. Guess I have another thumb sucker on my hands.

I'm hoping to make it to my schedule cesarean on May 13th, but it seems so very far away!!!

Here I am in all my glory!!!

This is a picture of Kaitlyn's nursery. The pictures don't seem to make it look like much, but I like it. I know the books say to make the colors bold, but I just couldn't do it. So I went with soft pastel pinks. I had to leave lots of space in her room for all her toys that I am sure will come in no time at all.

I also put up a pack and play in my room and immediately my cat thought this was his new bed. Boy will his nose be broken when Kaitlyn arrives home!
