Coloring Easter Eggs

We had a fun morning today. Zachary invited two friends over to color Easter Eggs. This was our first attempt at coloring eggs. It turned out messy, as expected, but it was a lot of of fun. I wasn't sure what I was getting us all into, but I think it turned out as a great success. They found it was fun to dunk the eggs in the color and then to see how many eggs could fit into one container. Sophie thought it was great fun to crack the eggs. She thought that was much more fun than coloring.

This last picture is us waiting for the eggs to dry. Once they were dry, they put stickers on the eggs, which I think was the highlight for them. Anything to do with stickers is fun, fun, fun!!!
The next adventure is the Easter Egg hunt this coming Sunday.

  2. I love the photos! I'm so glad we did this. It was interesting to see Sophie doing something like this. And I am definitely going to have a talk with her about these older men.. ;P
