Hosting a Baby Shower

Today I hosted a baby shower for a friend in my Mommies group, Holly. Our girls are due about two weeks apart from each other. Everyone seemed to have a great time and there was sure some good food brought by all.

I enjoyed having everyone over again. Since we haven't been feeling well, which is too often during this pregnancy, the play dates haven't been too regular at my house. I do hope that once the baby is born, I can get back on my feet quickly so we can start our play dates again. I noticed that it really does help Zachary learn how to share his toys with others. Today we had one incident of "no, mine!!!" when his toys came out of his room. But then he seemed to adjust okay.

I felt so lucky to get this picture. Zachary just loves to give hugs and kisses. He was having a conversation with his friend Kayla, who didn't seem to really want his affection. But I guess he convinced her, because he was able to get his kiss in after all.
